Hi Daniel! That balcony would be fantastic in the fjords! If it’s still available, book it right away. If you wait, it will be gone. Remember there are only 2 of them and they get booked up very quick. Enjoy Britannia and the Fjords, they are spectacular. David

Hi there! It's a nice enough cabin, although I think it could do with a refurb if I'm honest. Having said that, you defo pick this room for the huge balcony, which was simply amazing. Cheers, David

We stayed on the opposite side in A107 & you can sit up in bed and watch the world slip by. Gorgeous cabin, we will never have anything like it again

Hi Shadivu, I would try booking with a travel agent who could try and get you your preferred room. The price I quotes was for the total price for the cabin for 2 people.

Hi and thanks for watching. Looking on the plans for the ship, E631 should be a good standard balcony cabin. You have cabins above and below, which is good. The location is very near to the stairway/lifts, so you may get some minor noise from passing people. I’ve had similar locations and it’s never been a big problem. Have a great time on Britannia.

I would suggest checking as it is one of the tick boxes when booking to say you acknowledge that condition.

Hi and thanks for watching. If you are unsteady on your feet, don’t let that put you off taking a cruise. Actually, it’s the perfect holiday for you because it takes you from place to place and most of these ships are incredibly stable, most of the time anyway!! Choose a cabin near to the elevators, so less walking for you to do. Best wishes, David

Hello, thanks for the comments. Not everyone thinks like that regarding their cabin choice. It’s a personal choice. Yes a lower down cabin in the middle of the ship is best for feeling less motion. Personally, I love the higher decks. Cheers, David

@@CruiseShowUK Thanks for replying. I’ve only been on one cruise, and find it all so confusing to work out what cabin is what. I can see now it’s on the forward section, I was looking in mid as I was told that’s the most stable part of the ship. It’s interesting as most of the balconies are just big enough for a sit and a chat, but that one you could hold a party on! Thanks again 👍

Hello! A108 (and A107) are fantastic cabins. Although I don’t spend huge amounts of time on the balcony as there is so much to do on the ship. You are right about the middle of the ship being the most stable. Thanks again 👍

Can you suggest a cabin the large balcony cabin is it a superior balcony for £898 for a three day cruise

A cabin on a cruise generally should be just for sleeping in wash in the morning shower and to change. More time is spent exploring the ship dining and entertainment. A basic inside cabin is fine. Remember lower the deck cabin midship nearer the water line you get less turbulence in rougher weather and you get a better sleep. Higher the deck cabin more turbulence for more money?

I’m here again went on Iona great ship but conservatory mini suite a complete let down . No bigger than a rabbit hutch. The conservatory is a complete waste of space Had to move cabin as the bed in the first cabin was by wardrobe and could not open doors of wardrobe as on top of bed . Britannia deluxe cabin also had bath whereas this so called suite just had mini shower cubicle , whoever designed these cabins should be metaphorically shot . Total let down especially as also no privacy as people outside on promenade deck can look in . Final point no electric shaver point in bathroom . Take my advice don’t go on this ship in conservatory rooms unless they are discounted by 75% . Complete con P& O will have to do something to improve this accommodation. Otherwise great cruise food and entertainment fantastic but had to overcome the claustrophobic conditions in cabin

@@davidsatter1072 Blimey! That’s a shame, I’ve been looking at the conservatory mini-suites myself. Glad I went for the regular balcony….. also, I’m not sure what they were thinking with those rooms next to the promenade deck! They must be classed as obstructed view surely? We have a cabin on deck 10, which is a relief. I’m glad the rest of the ship was good. Cheers for the update, David
