We Transformed Clint Dempsey NEW Toyota Tundra with $60,000 | Ep.1 

To all those that say $60k was a rip off….. These following numbers below include parts and labor: Full high quality vehicle wrap is about $5k Front and rear bumpers alone about $5k with the modifications and labor to install Winch about $1.5k All the LED lights $2.5k Electrical wiring labor for all electrical components $5k Tires and wheels $3.5k Suspension mods $4k Exhaust mods $2.5k Skid plates and side steps $2k Air compressor systems $1.5k Roof rack $1.5k Diff mod $1k Front grill $1k Shipping the truck from customer to all the various shops across the country and then back to the customer: $5k $41k total. I’m sure there was a lot of billable time for the design process for this truck as well and then there is the profit and overhead for all these companies and shops. So that’s where the remaining $19k goes to. Again these are some of my best guess price estimates, from my own personal experience in modding several vehicles over the years. If anyone in the specific industries has any better more specific numbers, please comment down below 😊 cheers! Oh and let’s not forget the massive inflation we’ve been dealing with since 2020………

60k must be click bait. I own a FJ cruiser with same mods or more and I’ve spent 20 - 25k. Regeared - 35s - full suspension - cosmetics . Seems like he’s happy with it, that’s all that matters I guess.

Hey buddy, I gotta tell you I love the video man I love the improvement that you do to the Tundra. I have a Tundra myself I bought five of them so far every couple years I buy one right now I got the 2023, 1794. That’s the one I drive I love this one, but you hurt my feelings when you say you don’t like chrome man that’s what I love about this truck. I just love the chrome man if it didn’t have chrome I will I don’t think I will buy it man, but hey, we all like different things don’t we, but I love the work you do man I wish you were in Massachusetts man I will have you do mines over man keep up the good work brother be watching them and get some ideas from you🤣🤣🤣🤣🫵🫵🫵👋👋❤️👏👏👏

I'm on my 5th Tundra. I worked with K/N to design the cold air intake for the 2016 model. On my 2016 A tuner Justin Hollister. From DAP tuning re-flashed my ECU. Didn't give me anything but what was already there. I bought the 1st 5.7 Tundra and it was a beast! Untamed!!!!!!!! Then everything after was governed down so much the truck was only fast enough to be better but not the BEAST it was on the first gen. Justin's tune allowed my truck to scream! Boil 1st, 2nd, and a strong bark in 3rd. And that was with traction control on. Turn it of and all you will do is melt your tires. I'm currently In a 2019 4X4 and having transmission problems. It started @ 61,187 miles. They replaced the trans and I'm still having problems. This was finally the truck I wanted. Yet I can't trust it. Any help would be grateful. The Huntsville Dealership techs are incompetent the say the best about them. I want a lift, bumpers, light bars, 37's. I already have custom hand made gun mounts and a CB in it. I don't wanna give up on this truck. But I'm caring for an elderly veteran father and my truck cant let us down. Advice? Anything is better than nothing!!!!

Great build but wondering what the price of total parts and price of labor. Also too bad more research wasn’t done on the roof rack. Uptop roof racks look awesome but unfortnately they don’t design them to make the sunroof usable. which is in small print on their website. Prinsu on the other hand are designed to work with any sunroof. Its kind of like the difference of buying the old style of bumpers that don’t work with the sensors and the companies that keep up on their designs and make their products to make all the sensors usable.

With all of this new after market customization on the 2023 Tundra, will it invalidate the warranty with Toyota?

I love that wrap. it really sets the truck off to a different look. I dislike the roof rack and the winch they put on. Warn winches are hard to beat. But thats just my 2 cents worth. Not my money, not my truck.

All you had to do…All you should have done…is rip out the entire power train (shitty 6 cylinder/hybrid). Rip out that terrible 10 speed transmission. Rip out the IFS. Then drop a proper naturally aspirated V8. A much stronger and simpler transmission (7 speed at the very most). And a solid front axel. Boom build done. All that’s left is to request a 30k refund from Toyota for making you do what they should have already done.

Nice work ! But, at the end of the day it’s still a TOY!! Won’t even come close to an American Made GMC DENALI AT4X. I’ll out perform that yota any day and twice on Sundays!! Would Never, Ever buy any Japanese vehicles! I’m a Retired Captain in the U.S. Army and it’s all about America here baby!!! And before you say it, I know there are parts on my Denali that aren’t American, but at least I know my Truck is an American Company that Builds Awesome Trucks!! But, like I said, Awesome Build for a Yota, and I do appreciate hard work. I’m just. GMC/CHEVY guy that’s loves America 🇺🇸!!!
