It's so awesome you prepared polish dish. It was such nice touch! I loved it. And I must say, those cabbage rolls looked delicious! Proper golabki :) As for cabbage choice - my family uses both types of cabbage, the "regular" white one, as well as the one you bought - the one you picked has this advantage it is more delicate and takes less time to cook.
