Well, today was a crazy day, lol. Remember, I bought this 2006 Porsche 911 under the pretense that it was hydrolocked. This is what happened after we replaced the Air/Oil separator and tried to start it!

Damn.... The previous owner has got a pretty legitimate case to sue the f out of that mechanic shop for misdiagnosing. Sounds like you got enough dough to go into that E36 restore project huh? Kudos !

Dude, I kind of feel bad. What's crazy is, I had a similar experience with an old Audi S5 that had a blower on it. A fuel injector was stuck open causing a bunch of issues...I forget the exact scenario but I took it to Audi...they rang me back a few hours later and told me I needed a new engine, $24k fix or something like that. I took it to an indy shop for a second opinion...yeaaaaah...new injector and I was good to go. I called Audi to let them know...they literally could not have cared less, lol.

Yessir! The orig AOS was shot. We replaced...now it's good to go!

TBH, I'm not sure, the previous owner I bought it from took it to Porsche to figure out what was wrong when it wouldn't start. They told him the engine was liquid locked and he'd need a new short block! So he decided to sell it for cheap.
