WE'VE FINALLY FIGURED IT OUT! LITTLE NIGHTMARES TIMELINE THEORY 

I have some suspicions that the giant baby we've seen in LN 3's trailers may have some connection to The Lady - it looks like one of the dolls you see in the Residence DLC when you first see her, not to mention it has the petrifying ability the lights on the Maw have.

What if the lady was smashing mirrors, not because of her appearance, but if she was afraid of whatever character is in the mirrors in the comic book

I honestly love the idea of the Lady's origin being tied to the Necropolis, because it's a perfect metaphor to reflect her fear of aging and her aversion to mirrors. Like the very moment she rose to power, she sought to destroy the one place where the population knew her weakness, leaving an entire society to perish in stone and dust whilst she hid her aging imperfections behind a mask.

It would be interesting if it was a sequel for once on account of we never saw the aftermath after Six left the Maw, the chefs were still alive and the other children were still trapped, you could hear another boat of guests arriving when Six got outside but what did she do if she highjacked the ship? Where did she go next?

You show that diagram of a mirror reflecting light at 5:32. This is making me think… What if we get into a bossfight with Monster Baby, and we need to petrify her with her own light?

This might be a stretch, but in the secret eye room in the first Little Nightmares. if you press the button again after seeing see the Lady, you can see the mirror Six uses to defeat her. So Low and Alone leaving the mirror there could be a possibility. Side theory: What if the Lady is Noone. In episode 3 of the the Sounds of Nightmares, Noone has a strange obsession with the small mirror on Otto’s wall. Not only that, but Noone’s whole thing is the at she feels powerless and weak compared to the other people around her. Also if you look at the image for the podcast, you can see that it has the same color palette as the Lady’s residence. And maybe the Maw is a nightmarish representation of the institution she was sent to. The Prison represents where Noone slept. A dark place that tries to disguise itself as something happy and fun. Roger is a representation of Otto. A man who is blind to the pain of the children. It’s also mentioned that Otto works in the basement which is what the Lair represents. The Chefs represent the higher ups that Otto mentions in the first episode. The guest represent the parents of the children.

While this theory is quite a convincing and in-depth one, I wonder how we can explain the large vessel with an uncanny resemblance to the opening of the Guests' ship, along with many Guest-shaped corpses littering the landscape. Though they could be nomadic Residents similar to the fairgoers or factory workers who had recently met their fate in the Necropolis, and I don't know how I'd explain the whole SEA being gone. I think you're on the right track, Jord. Keep coming up with these brilliant ideas!

I agree with some of the things you said but I think the final antagonist low and alone will fight against is six, consideringthe fact that she now has the lady's power to kill anything. I don't think little nightmares 3 is another prequel, I think this is a actually sequel to little nightmares 1&2.

I think the devs said that LN3 takes place after LN1 but we’ll just have to wait n see.

you know what would be really cool? i know its a bit of a childish theory bit what if The lady is the big big boss of the new game and she runs the carnival and shi and she can use the mirrors like Low i think it was and what if, one of them where the original children of the lady and since the lady probably has the ability to go through mirrors, what if shes lows mother. I know this cracks off a lot of better theories but it would be really cool and like yeah, i know it sounds childish but it would be sooo cool

This is a great theory as always! your ideas are actually amazing, I would like for LN3 to take place after LN1 but if they make a giant connection like this then I would love it if it was another prequel, this was really interesting.

So Little Nightmares III is essentially a Rogue One style prequel where Low and Alone leave the death star plans for our future hero to use in order to take down the Lady

I have a theory about the candy factory lady supervisor a lot of people been saying oh she ressembles a spider but I think she's supposed to be base on bees and the workers to because the supervisor can be classified as the queen bee because she seems like the man boss and every other monster is working like a mindless drone and bees have 6 legs and the supervisor has 6 arms but no legs it seems by how she moves. And the fat workers or chubs how I like to call them are like mindless workers surving the candy factory like it's a nest and the candy could be like how bees make honey. If the supervisor dies in the chapter I think it will be by the workers and not alone and low because worker bees kill the queen for numerous reasons.

If anybody's wondering if Six is in the game look at the very first "Announcement" trailer of Little Nightmares 3 and look at the middle of the pot on the right at the end of the trailer and it looks like SOMEONE or something, vanishes.

Hi jord, i'm currently doing my 2nd playthrough of little nightmares 2 and noticed that you can hear the veronica song coming from the tv in the pale city level (level 4) just after falling into the room with the elevator. Have you noticed that before?
