We went to our local shelter and came back with six dogs! | The Asher House 

Lee, I am a 62 year old disabled woman. Coming here to your channel brings me such sheer joy every day. Sometimes I have to go back and watch previous ones again. (And sometimes yet again.) YOU bring such happiness and inspiration to us all!!!

The scared German shepherd who kept hunkering down just broke my heart. She must have been abused. I am so happy that you took them in.

That was wonderful! I'm especially anxious to see how that German Shepherd blossoms at Lee's. She's so frightened and passive now, but Lee and the staff will help her gain confidence.

When I was younger I adopted senior dogs! Knowing my time with them would be short I tried to make it the best years of their lives! I held them as they crossed over and a piece of my soul went with them. I could never understand why they ended up in a shelter! They were perfect in my eyes. So glad you have a place and can take in all breeds and ages! May GOD always bless you!

Puppies are so misunderstood. They're still babies and just needs to learn the basics commands. Some people are not meant to have puppies. Especially if they don't have time to train them. They can't handle all that puppy energy and they end up at or back to the shelter. If that's the case they need to adopt a grown older mello dog. They're going to love all that land to run on and get all that high strung energy out playing with the pack! You'll have the time to work with them and they'll all turn into great well mannered dogs! Those are some lucky dogs and puppies. That white husky mix is stunning! Thank you Lee for what you do. You've rescued so many dogs & cats that would otherwise be euthanized. Six more lives saved! Way to go! 🙌👏
