im shocked this video hasn’t had more attention paid to it! i really screwed up the tendons in my right foot/ankle going down the steps a few months back, and there’s been a noticeable decline in both my ankles’ strength since then. ive been full blown shaking/wobbling going up and down stairs. but these exercises have made a tangible improvement for me, and i only just started recently! thank you so much for sharing this- it’s been a relief being able to move around with more confidence/assurance again 🙏🏻
