The last one looks like it would legit be a really fun weapon to use. Painting the environment in hundreds of tiny delayed explosions. Reminds me of micro missiles from Doom.
This does not look easier, it involves scripting and requires you to pick up two weapons. For use in a custom game this has a whole process, while in H5 you set it up in forge and in custom you just pick up the weapon. Hoping there is away to recreate the exact method from h5
Needle Rifle was technically an automatic and single shot, so Commando+Needler would probably work better. But what happens when a BR is shot out of a single shot weapon like the pistol? Is it just one of the three bullets or is it all thee bullets per shot?
Sweet to see a feature from halo 5's forge can make it's way into infinite! No matter what your opinion of halo 5 in general is, the weapon swap glitch in the forge was super cool at the time, and still is.
they have weapon variants in Infinite which makes me hope they’ll add more, on par with what H5 had. (also i’d really love if they brought back warzone in the future)
Back when I was young lad, you had to know a guy that knew a guy to get an invite to a modded lobby for these types of things. Great work! Keeping the tradition alive.
This just gets me hyped up for forge… only to realize it will be awhile before forge even releases and if it will be fully operational or a bugging mess that will need patch after patch
It’s scheduled for next month but there is always a risk of delays. The build I am currently working with is a buggy mess as it is a leaked build not intended for use but it is still great! Easily the best forge we’ve ever had
@@ArtificesLab I feel like it an early leaked buggy version of forge is the best forge we've had then that may be a good sign. But I'm also almost entirely expecting the big multimillion dollar company to mess it up in some way like those things always seem to work out. Cautious optimism airing on the side of let down. Best to not get hurt that way lol
I still remember doing this with a tool in halo 1. It was fun. I changed pistol bullets with rocket launcher and assault rifle bullets with sniper rifle bullets. Changing pistol rounds with shotgun ammo was so much fun as well.
The last one actually looks like a decent idea for a gun, an extremely powerful laser but it has a large delay between firing and the laser hitting the target
@@Nagol7 Spartan laser has a long fire time and is a more accurate single projectile, this is what is in most media a super heating laser, the laser hits an area, super heats it then the ground explodes much like in my previous comment where I said it’s like 1k voices in destiny or midirs lasers in dark souls
Halo 5 already has a modded sentinel beam that does the exact same thing in Forge. Everything in this video is basically what you could already do in Halo 5's Forge. Though maybe better depending on far you can go with scripting the weapons in Halo Infinite.
The Return of the Rocket Needler! I haven’t seen one in over 10 years. It brings back memories of playing modded Halo: CE during lunch in High School with my friends.
Dude this is so awesome! I love how you did this. I had a lot of fun with the Weapon Combo Fiesta prefab that I made and I love seeing people get more exposure to these combos.
What, like that one thing that requires an explosive such as a rocket or gravity hammer but its protected by a 90 degree turn so you need to Combine it with a sniper? There's a few ideas floating around my head but I cant actually word any of them.
I remember that in halo 5 you can mess up with the weapon platform to make something similar to this, often times with mass destruction and LAG weapons.
this could turn into a pack a punch variants, select things at random and blesses you or curses you, thats how mystery boxes and pap does, treyache always does it sometimes, hense the name trollarch XD but amazing work
that needler-rocket basically made you a one man missile barrage. bruh picture a game mode where 1-2 players have needler rocket launchers .... trying to take down the rest of the party whos flying around in air vehicles, oh man my pc is cooking just thinking about it
