People are honestly pieces of shit, though. I'd understand if a catastrophe came out of nowhere with no warning and people were stranded without necessary provisions but everyone had weeks worth of notice and it's not evening raining at the time of the broadcast. People had more than enough time to evacuate or stock up on necessities. The apartment complexes look completely undamaged and perfectly fine. Those people were just using the situation as an excuse to literally trash and rob someone's store. I understand that it's a large retail chain but that doesn't condone breaking in, trashing everything, and hauling laundry baskets full of stuff ten feet across the street to your undamaged home. That lady trying to play vigilante was kind of ridiculous but I don't blame her for being upset. Karma is a bitch. Don't steal from others.

As corny and fake as the first guy was. I live directly where the eye of the storm passed over and the damage caused by falling trees and flooding is no joke. I was pretty fortunate but most of my street and neighborhood was damaged pretty heavily by falling trees. Shit is still serious
