Great tip, Doug! I’ve tried it on three models already, a ‘60 Chevy Pickup, a ‘39 Chevy Coupe, and a ‘63 Chevy Nova Wagon, nothing but success. Very neat strategy using salt.

Simon, They are available on eBay for about $50 each plus shipping. I don't think we'll review that set. They are really the same kit as the tractor/trailers we've already done with different decals. -Doug

My salt wont adhere and stick im not sure where i am going wrong

ATL, Make sure the surface is damp and horizontal to the floor. You may have to do sections at a time changing the attitude of the kit. Also, use a coarse salt. Please subscribe if you haven't already, to help us continue our mission to inspire more modelers! -Doug

This is good info but I would have liked to have seen the process in action not just finished results. Like seeing you actually apply the salt, paint etc.
