Another better way to fix a broken warp is to remove the broken warp and replace it with a new (longer) warp thread. Weight it at the back of the loom. This way you can overlap the woven section of the warp and the new warp and not have any knots.

What Heddle size did you use, please?

12.5 dpi heddle, 24” wide loom. 300 ends.

Have you ever had any problems using all the heddle? I was told not to do all the full width!
