I like the expanded steel liner for the bottom of the basket. You can accomplish the same with some fireclay bricks. Stand them on edge to form a wall, & they offer insulation for better temp control.
@@MidwestFreak I've been meaning to do one for a while, finally done. I think the other brand was losing sales, I see their stuff has been coming down in price over the past year. Yeah wonder why! 😀 Still twice doing this tho.
