Weber Go Anywhere Reverse Seared T Bone & Broome Fishing 

In my recent trip to Broome in Western Australia, we reverse seared a beautiful T-Bone steak on the beach and done some fishing!

This was my first time in Broome and my best mate Robbo has wanted a Weber Go Anywhere for a while, so we went and bought one as he lives there!

We went to one of many stunning beaches in Broome and fired up the BBQ to reverse sear a thick cut T-Bone steak!
