Have always hated the sound of bagpipes, literally finding them a vicious assault on my hearing! Yet, not a clue how, a couple of weeks ago I ended up watching this video. After 43 years, they've finally cracked me and I think it is an absolutely beautiful piece of music and it's now on my playlist. It's quite the stunning video.
This video makes me proud to be a Scot. Lovely, Lovely wedding. I'm a Fulton, and my Mother's surname is Wallace. Although born & raises in the U.S., I've been to Scotland on 5 occasions. This video harkens me to return once again.
What a great video; lots of fine looking people and everyone is so happy!. I considered suggesting Highland Cathedral for my niece's wedding years ago but the organist, who'd played that at weddings w/ a bagpiper before said it was really difficult to get the pipes and the organ in good enough tune to compliment each other he didn't recommend it. We had some great music anyway. DJ E-J, you certainly did a fine job on your pipes for this one!
We had both Highland Cathedral (entrance) and Scotland the Brave (exit) at our wedding 19 years ago in Ireland (in honour of my Scottish mother). This video brings back wonderful memories. Wishing this couple as much happiness as we've had ♥️
My 5 sisters and I were all piped down the aisle and later out of the church after the service by our late father who was a Pipe Major from Inverness where he piped at a castle

bagpipe music at wedding are amazing to listen well the wedding is going on because i did couple of weddings myself and i always smile when i play Scotland the brave when the bride and groom comes out of the church
Highland Cathedral is so so beautiful my mother always liked to hear it played so do I it makes me think of home . My young cousin had it played at his grave side it was beautiful .
Omg, this brought tears to my eyes . Over fifty years ago I married my ex husband we were married in a small chapel on a Marine Corps base ,but it’s the reception that I remembered the most . My great uncle William Stodddard was there in his kilt and he played the bagpipes ,this was absolutely lovely ,my mothers twin sister would go to Scotland many years and find our family tartan ,thank you for this ,absolutely stunning..
