I'm Susie and I was born in Hungary. Although I used to live in the Philippines for 4 years I spent an unexpectedly long time back in my home country due to the Pandemic.
2022 has brought the change I've been waiting for and now I'm back in the Philippines to further explore the local life and the country's beautiful destinations, food, and culture.

Susie, am very happy for your coming Wedding with your Pinoy Boyfriend. May I suggest that do it with the least expenses like inviting only Relatives and closest Friends, not too Lavish Party, Simple but Formal Attires for both of you. Try to limit expenses and keep whatever money you have for your future instead of wasting money for just a day of celebration, tho its a very important event in your lives. Hi Susie, you don’t want to rent? You can rent bridal and groom outfit prob cheaper. Will you be blogging your wedding? Just a suggestion maybe you can live stream your wedding for far families or relatives that wants to witness your wedding. Can’t wait for the day you become Mrs Susie hehhe. I had to postpone my wedding 3x during Covid went from 250+ guest to 50 guests to 10 😭. I am the opposite I kinda wish I had more option for more guests. But despite us just being 10 it was still memorable lol.

For wedding attire, it's a bit weird in the Philippines. From the 1920s to 1980s, it was common for men to wear a western suit and tie (called "Americana" in the Philippines), and the women to wear a traditional dress (called a "Terno", with flared shoulder sleeves). From the 1990s onwards, it reversed. It is now common for men to wear a traditional attire (the "barong tagalog), and women to wear western-style wedding dresses. Also there are several different kinds of traditional dresses for women. The most common in modern times is called a "terno", they were made in the early 20th century as a kind of unified version of the older traditional dresses. They're the ones with the big shoulder sleeves ("butterfly sleeves"). But before that, the traditional dresses are composed of multiple parts. They're known as "baro't saya", with the more aristocratic versions called the "traje de mestiza". They are quite beautiful and you should definitely wear one someday. They combine both Spanish and native clothing elements.

I can tel that it was a bad experience for you having too spicy like the halo-halo..however, that experience raised the bar of your tolerance when it comes to spicy food here in the Philippines..the more you eat spicy food,,you'll get used to it..and i know you will..and you'll becoming a Filipino anyways 😉

When your dog digs like that and is always smelling so deeply like that she smells something great to eat!! If it was not for her being so small she would be a great hunter of food!!! Do not forget some of these people who are asking so many things about your wedding and the plans could be telling things to the scammer from the raw facts!! As I said keep it all close to your heart!! Do not let others distroy yours and your boyfriends future! And in time you can get your husband a passport and get married in front of your family back in your country!!! And never ever let people know where in the Philippines that you will be living, always say your in other places!!
