Hi family and friends! Here's what I've been doing during my first week in EPIK quarantine so far! Even though most days are the same, I hope you enjoy watching and make sure to subscribe for more! I'm so curious, for your snacks and noodles were those all provided by epik/quarantine location? I'm planning to go soon so idk if I need to pack snacks lol

Yes! They were all provided for us! But I do recommend bringing your own snacks from home :)

Nope! Everything in this video was provided by EPIK & the quarantine facility! :)

No, they did not. I had to bring my own from home

Really enjoyed your video! Did you have to arrange your own travel to the quarantine facility or did EPIK arrange that for you?

For my intake, there were 2 quarantine locations. So one had transportation provided and the other didn't. For my location, I had to take a taxi to the quarantine facility. However, EPIK did give us specific instructions on how to do it all

What are you studying in Korea and also how is the situation of pandemic in Korea.

I taught English through the EPIK program. I am no longer there, but Korea handled the situation pretty well I would say. However, they are barely starting to administer vaccines. I lived in Sejong so it can be different in other regions, but some of the regions did have restrictions with coming and going in and out of other cities.

I heard EPIK arranged their own quarantine. How much did it cost?

Hi! I've heard it being different from previous intakes so it really depends on which dorm/facility you are at, but it can range from $100-$125 a day with everything included(total cost could be about $1,400 USD to $1,700 USD)! Hope that helps :)
