WEEK 6 - WEIGHT LOSS / HEALTH JOURNEY (2024) 

Congrats on your awesome 3.2lbs weight loss this week, keep up the great work ! Usher's half time show was very good, a bright light to my fave 49ERS loss ! Congrats to the KC Chiefs ! God's continued best to you always ! I'm down 19lbs total (scale up and down last few weeks) since November 8, 2023 , hope to get over this hump soon !

You are doing amazing and It really is an honor to get such an intimate look into your journey. I am focusing on adding nutrients, so a green juice and vitamins in the morning, consistently. I know I won’t have the energy for anything if my iron is low and my hormones out of balance😅 working out 5 days a week is such a good habit! I want to try either 15 min walks a day 5 days a week, to start, or 20 min of Pilates 3 days a week. I think I will try both and see which one is most sustainable for me. How was London? I have always wanted to visit!
