Hi Katherine, I also made the same promise to myself to be more aware of my wellbeing this academic year. I am in my third year as well, and yeah the past two years had been very stressful with the courses & TA-ing. I know the journey ahead will not be easy either.. but, I hope we can keep our promise quite long! Courage ❤️

It is really important to remember to take care of yourself! The stress can do serious damage if you don't have healthy outlets. I am feeling overwhelmed by the application process for grad school. I have 4 apps out and spent nearly every minute worried about the process. Just this week I decided I need to take a step back and take care of myself and let the stress go

Hi Andrew! (and Katherine). You two are so adorable...So are the boots! My now husband didn't fill out the save the dates, something always came up lol. I wish I enlisted help on sending them out. Thanks for taking us along for the week. I have a few weeks left until comps and am taking a few days to just clear my mind. It can be hard to remember to take care of ourselves when we are always on the run.
