Whenever my mom cooks beans and lentils and all the legumes, she always adds some cumin because it lessons the bloating and offsets the effects of the legumes. Not sure if that’s true or not but I always do it too. You don’t need too much just a little sprinkle of ground cumin on that serving of beans in the plate. Hope that helps in case if you were curious.
No sugar added Heinz ketchup is yummy and truly doesn’t taste much different. For coffee, I love drip coffee with Jordan’s Skinny Syrups (no sugar no calories) which you find on Amazon. There are so many flavors but do a pump or two of that and a tablespoon or two of heavy cream. Yum!
I live near Houston, TX and we have terrible pollen right now! I washed my car Sunday and Monday it was yellow again! 😩 And also I’ve done very low carb in the past and loved it…for some reason I wasn’t consistent for the last year and could tell a huge difference in my weight and energy levels. I’m now about 2 weeks back on low carb and am feeling great! I’m in this with you!! ❤️

I recently started eating low carb (especially during the first part of the day). I used to have extreme hunger in the mornings and it got really bad and uncomfortable. I feel so much more comfortable and satisfied with the low carb!
Tip for saving money on eggs, just get the cheapest ones even if they say natural, cage-free, or organic. Only buy pasture-raised anything because that's the difference in your money that you will taste!
What works for me with iced coffee... I let the coffee sit for 10-15 mins. Allowing it to cool first. Then pour it into the cup of ice. The hot coffee melts the ice too fast for me.

giiirllll im so excited for your what i eat in a day low carb. been wanting to do it but I always fail at eat. last yr I also had a high ldl and the doctor advised me to lessen my carbs but being a filipino its hard to give up bread and rice lol

Not to be this way, but I’m gonna be this way a little. Keto and keto adjacent diets are not healthy long term, and maybe not at all (unless you have epilepsy, that’s a different story). Trying to lower LDL cholesterol with a high fat, high protein diet feels like trying to fight a fire with more fire. 🤷♀️ With that being said, I do hope you are successful in your journey in trying to conceive! I don’t intend hate at all, just want to encourage critical thinking and research!
critical thinking- love that. I was eating mostly refined carbs and had high LDL, therefore, critical thinking would say let's try something different. Never did I say I will be doing this diet long term. I have a goal of improving my fertility (lowering inflammation), so I am trying this diet which has shown great success according to my DR.

I’m type two diabetic and I’ve been doing low-carb for close to a year year and a half and I will say it’s pretty sustainable and everything you’re going through kind of reminds me at the beginning when I was going through at first. You actually stay fuller longer with fats than you do with carbs, especially simple carbs
