The month of January is a time for resetting, re-organizing, refreshing your life and we wanted to prep for the new year by challenging ourselves. In this video, we recap our two weeks of 75 HARD/SOFT and you get to see our high protein diet (costco haul), workout split for the week, the challenges/struggles of keeping up with 75 days of discipline & we will update you with our 75 HARD/SOFT results after 75 DAYS.
