My family love caravan holidays and we also bring quite a bit of food and snacks to save money! We even get excited when we first look round the caravan! I really live your little chats and how you show your emotions and feelings. I have a half used lipstick of my mums who has passed away and I often look st it and think my darling mums lips touched this ,my dad knew I loved cat ornaments and one day he told my sister he wanted to buy me some, he knew he didnt have long to live and it was a kind if goodbye present. I also have one if his jumpers and my mums dressing gown and if I was offered loads of money fir them I would say no way!! They give me comfort cos I know they touched my mum and dad.you all look so nice dressed to for your evenings outx

Grieving is a process I feel never ends really, it just becomes less painful as time goes on. I also feel it makes me appreciate the things i have got and not take anything for granted. hi helen, so sorry to hear of dannys loss, my he rest in peace. was touched to hear of your connection with your auntie, these things are so special and huge respect goes to her for sharing memories and keepsakes, it must have been hard. i lost my dad when i was only 21 and if there were to be a fire, it would be his stuff i would grab. hold on to your memoreis of him hun, no one can take them away. Great vlog we had a seagull last year that tapped on our bedroom window every morning at 5am !! It went on for weeks ,we called him Stan . Looks like you had a good little holiday xx

Looks like you had brilliant time I say the same it so nice to have a relaxing break but when I think about it we are in and out like yoyos but it's a break from daily life which isn't always fun ha and lovely what your aunty Mandy did for u and ur mum , I lost my mum last year and since then had to attend 3 funerals and like u say it just brings it all BK great vlog xx

Helen I’m so sorry for your and Danny’s loss, in a way it must have been a good time to go away and spend time with the boys. How sweet of your auntie to send you those things, I wish I had more of my Nanny’s things. 💔 looks like you managed to have fun nonetheless, glad you had a little break. Xx

What a clever gull! It’s so fascinating to observe the communication and incredible intelligence of some animals! I have a highly trained Assistance Dog to help me with lots of different things that I find difficult. He can even empty the washing machine for me, find my keys, remind me when I forget to take my medication and so much more. The most incredible thing about him is that he has a way of understanding exactly what I need even when I don’t ask him. He saw that I would reach for a tissue when I cried so started bringing one to me without being asked to! He even senses when I am going to be unwell and will alert me before it happens! He will tell me when I’m going to collapse and will bark for help if he can’t rouse me. Being with him 24/7 has taught me so much about dogs and the way they think and ‘talk’ to us. They really are so much more intelligent and complex than most people think. We just need to learn how to listen to them!

It's so gratifying to see you and your family enjoying time together and taking a break from the daily hustle and bustle. I can't think of anything in the US that is equivalent to a caravan park such as this. We have caravan parks, but people buy their own and park them there indefinitely and go there on weekends and holidays.

I went here in 2019 but when you said the pool was cold when I went in August the pool was actually heated

we goin back there next yr-we enjoyed our time there 2 yrs ago

I agree about animals being clever. We have to spell things if we don't want our dog to know what we are saying. I can't ask my husband if he wants chips and our dog thinks we're going to the chip shop. I swear he learns a new word ever couple of months. You need to go on longer holidays. I agree about funerals that you think of people you have lost. I don't always go if i can get out of it since i lost my dad. xx

This past month 2 lovely women and 1 wonderful man who I went all way through school with have all passed away suddenly and all under the age of 35. All leaving behind young children. I always say nothing makes you appreciate life more than death. xxx
