It’s as long as lando is compromised enough not take full advantage and win, therefore not making a bigger dent into the title race. Max will win the title, because lando will eventually try to retaliate back with equal force and they’ll crash out, therefore not making a dent at all into the title fight. Only way max will lose is the engine penalty and potential risk with other components that cause a DNF.
The rule of needing to be ahead for the corner needs to change. Any f1 driver would know exactly where the other car is whilst they block the inside corner. The defending driver needs to leave enough space for a cars width to prevent them from going deep and escorting the attacking car to the grandstand. It'll make for much better racing.

Turn 7: Max was half a car's length ahead of Lando when Lando 'dive bombed' into the corner. Both drivers entered that corner far too fast to control their cars & both went off track. Yet another 'Racing incident' that Max was penalized for. Why was Lando not given a 10 second penalty for exceeding track limits so many times?
you have a horrible sense of perspective. Max was never a half a car length ahead going into that corner. in fact he dove so late and didnt break so he basically took the corner straight. and this obviously makes the outside car have no where to turn as well. Lando would have turned if he could have and even tried a little, however the red bull charging straight through the corner with no regard for anyone else kind of hindered that chance of turning at all. No one else has your opinion on this matter. not ever max has said that Lando went too hard and also deserved a penalty. no one

Ha-ha!! Will Buxton needs to take a reality check. As at Brazil, Max is 47 points ahead of Lando and has 3 drivers, apart from Max, working very hard to deprive him and his team of any championship points. In addition to the above problem, Lando has to out perform the best driver 'on track', with a car that is questionably faster than the RB car.
Maybe someone can help with a question about last weeks race... Just after Carlos passed Max, Carlos used DRS with no one in front of him. I thought you could only use DRS if someone was within 1 second of you?
In that particular spot of that track, you have one DRS detection point for two DRS zones, so because Carlos was less than one second behind Max at the detection point he had DRS for _both_ zones (and even though Max was behind Carlos going into the second zone, he didn’t have DRS for it because he had been ahead at the detection point).
It is so dumb to compare the Lando and Max battle to the Merc battle. They are in the same team you know? They HAVE to race clean or they risking both cars to retire 🤦♂️

To answer Wills question yes we are going to have to be more specific with the rules because of Max. He consistently runs people off the road and then claims he is just following the rules. One day he is going to cause a bad crash and someone is going to get hurt or even worse they can die!
