Why would you moisturize first and then wash your hair? Dermatologists and hair specialists say that something that works as a moisture needs to be last, after washing. It’s like if you apply moisturizer to ur skin when doing skincare and then you wash your face, it makes no sense because then the moisturizer will be lost by not doing anything to ur hair bc u washed it off.
The moisturizing layer is there to act as a barrier against shampoo's stripping effect so the cleansing is easy on the strands.. It's better to not overwash and try fixing the damage later instead prevent damage in the first place. Additionally, scalp releases natural oils on the its own hence any kind of moisturizing product after washing it will just lead to further accumulation of dirt and /or heavy build up which can lead to inflammation etc. As for the lengths..extra care is done by applying conditioners / leave ins etc. Hope that gave some insight. I learned these things after damaging my hair so it's natural that it doesn't make much sense unless you've tried it for yourself.
The oiling first actually makes it very difficult for the shampoo to act (clean) and as a result there's build up left on the scalp, that it causes greasiness faster than you want. Oils "sits" on top of hair, there's no point of oiling and then washing as you said. They are used to lock the moisture that masks and leane-ins have already done.
The ordinary multi peptide serum for hair density works well to grow your hair faster n healthier use a full squeezer thingy after shampooing n half every night n massage it in it won’t work for everyone but for some yes. Doro cubillo knows lots about it😂
This is my hair are routine : 1 Comb my hair for 5 mins then detangle Use a hair oil and I massage into my scalp for 10 mins I Oil my ends I dampen my hair and I put a hair mask on ends and mids ( I let it sit for 1 hour I then rinse it all out and then I double shampoo or shampoo once ( my scalp isn’t always oily but if I feel that it is Ido double shampoo ) Then I put conditioner on my ends and mids and a very very thin layer of conditioner on my scalp ( I don’t scrub it in and I also scrub my body while I wait ) I then rinse it out and after im done I put hair oil on ends I Then Spray hair perfume on my hair :D
Also- Apply rosemary water for hair growth and avoiding hair fall Recipe- 1) Boil i cup water and add rosemary springs in it 2) simmer it for 20 mins 3) then let it cooldown for few mins . Apply it every night for insane hairgrowth and less hairfall
Where do you get all these products? Also you should never brush your hair when it’s wet because that’s when your hair is at its weakest (no hate just saying what I’ve learned)
Be careful with pulling, twisting and brushing your wet hair, hair is most fragile when wet. This can be the reason why your ends look a little split and damaged.
She:- having a proper hair care routine Pro:- just a shampoo and conditioner Pro Max:- just a shampoo Ultra Pro Max:- Just wash the hair with water 😂😂😂
here's mine: 1. brush your hair with any comb 2. deep oiling and hand massage 3. leave for 3 hours 4. wet your hair 5. apply shampoo to scalp and wash 6. apply shampoo again and use a scalp massager then wash 7. apply conditioner to the ends 8. leave for 5 mins ( i wash my body in the meantime) 9. wash it off then let your hair air dry
Do you know? When we wash our hair, we should bend our head down to wash. This allows the shampoo and water to penetrate the hair and scalp evenly, as the shampoo and water flow down due to gravity. This helps the shampoo come into contact with the scalp and hair more easily. Helps rinse out shampoo completely and easily. Helps reduce the chance of shampoo remaining on the scalp or hair.☜ (↼_↼)
