Weekly Homemaker Habits for the Traditional Christian Housewife + GODspiration 

Very soon I will be a homemaker for my family and to honor God in my tasks as mom. I’m pregnant of my first child and after birth I will not get back to work. My husband and I decided to follow the biblical woman’s purpose. Take care of the family, house, homeschooling and manage the house. I’m so exited because this was the moment I have dreamed for years, but we’ve struggled so much to get pregnant… I was so sad… But God heard our prayers and I conceived.

i would like to share a testimony when i was born i had difficulty breathing and i was taken to the intensive care unit to breathe through a mask but the doctor made a mistake and there was an overdose of oxygen i fell into a coma for 14 days but my mother prayed for me and when I was one year old, I cut my first tooth, at the age of 4 I started to take my first steps, I started standing in front of school without support, but I was told to do gymnastics because I have cerebral palsy after a coma, and that is why I did not go to kindergarten, I went to school passed only the first 5 grades, and so almost all my life I stayed at home, going out only with my parents or close people, all the time God was growing me, taking care of me, I think that my apartment was my temple, where I was under the supervision of God , now I am a housewife helping my mother , when I feel sad I turn on Christian music and listen, every day I try to read the Bible and understand what I read and I just love to be in God's presence With love Helen 21 years old (will be 22 next month)

A bit of advice from a wife and mom of 37 years; wear shoes doing housework. I learned the hard way when I had plantar fasciitis. Dr said vacuuming is the worst. Have a great Mother’s Day😊

I have been a sahm for 9 months now and it is truly a blessing. Working all the time and going up the corporate latter is not all its cracked up to be. I am happier now than ever before, so glad I listened to God's voice for my life.

As a stay at home wife, mother, and homeschooler days can be so long and discouraging! I am constantly busy; however, most days I feel like I am running on empty and discouraged. Your words and encouragement are such a blessing! I need to pray more and set that time aside first!! Priorities can easily get out of line and I appreciate you bringing me back to focus… God first!! Appreciate your videos! One of the things that have been placed on my heart to make change is the type of content I watch and listen to. While it may seem innocent in so many ways sometimes it brings me to comparing myself as a wife and mother and bringing unnecessary guilt.

I don't know where you get the music for these but they sound the way I imagine our lives are as women of God. Gentle, soothing, but still strong and a little bit epic because we go to battle every day with this world. I love it.

I’ve been blessed to be able to just work part time as we were raising our kids. We have 4 kids and 10 grands! So blessed. But I do pray as I’m going about my day mostly for safety and the souls of my loved ones. But now as I’ve gotten older I’m praying for things like just having the energy to clean the bathroom or water the plants in my back yard besides the health of my loved ones! God hears our prayers no matter how small we think they are. I have arthritis and type II diabetes so I’m fatigued basically all the time but with Gods help I manage to still get my chores done! Praise God!

Love the ministry your doing here on your channel. It’s such a blessing that you have chosen to encourage others to glorify God and live out our biblical purpose with love, charity, hope and faith. Thank you!

I always so appreciate your posts! Many young women don’t understand when our mothers and grandmothers got ready for the day as if they were having guests and adding an apron - I figured it out in the first year of my 40 year marriage. When you exercise, shower, dress well for the day (nice jeans and blouses or t-shirts or casual dresses, etc) with an apron to preserve your outfit, and/or add some make up- your entire day just seems more productive and positive. I have found that if I don’t get ready early in the morning and stay in my pj’s or sweats and not primp a bit, I have minimal productivity and sit around way too much in front of the tv or on-line. I start my entire day with prayer before I even get out of bed before I get up and exercise and read the Word sometime during the day depending on when I finish my immediate morning chores; many times I listen to the Bible during my productive periods.

I've been struggling this week to be on my normal routine after my grandma passed on Mother's Day. I definitely needed this encouragement, because as much as I want to just not do anything, life doesn't stop for our kids and family. One example of this is I had a thought about the scripture in my mind throughout the day and then that night I looked at my cell phone and check the time and the time numbers I took the last number and read that psalm and it was exactly what I was thinking that day

The hardest thing when I became a stay at home mom was getting ready! Seriously I’d even forget to brush my teeth 😅 God makes homemaking easier. Knowing all the mundane things have a purpose makes it so much easier to do!

Jesus speaks to me through the Bible I will go through my day and then in the morning or at night sometimes he will tell me something about that day through the Bible just reminding me that he's watching me

Do you have a schedule of homemaking tasks that you follow for weekly, daily, monthly, etc? Your videos are so inspiring to me but I struggle with ADHD and feel so overwhelmed some days so I like having lists to follow along with.
