Thank you! I like that you don't cook everything in advance. I like food freshly cooked and tend to turn up my nose on leftovers. The way you do it is great!
Can I just tell u how much I love your videos. I truly enjoy them all !!! The meal prep and the grocery hauls are totally awesome it keeps me trying new things it helps me more than you know Thank you !!!
I agree with Renee. I am new to WW Freestyle and all of your videos have helped me tremendously. It REALLY helps to see that you struggle with the same things a lot of us do. You are an inspiration to me. I have been watching all of your videos. I definitely would NOT have tried different recipes & meal prep if it weren't for you. Thank you so much Jess!
I just discovered your channel a couple of days ago, and I think I've watched almost all your videos! Love the meal preps, especially this one which I have almost copied entirely for my meal prep this week! Thanks for all you do!!
I like your way of meal prepping a lot! I've always hated meal prepping because most people will actually cook the food all on one day for the week. That's how I always thought I had to do it and I'm not someone who likes to stand by the stove and cook all day. I also felt like the texture of the food wasn't as good because it sits in the fridge for days. I think I'll try this way where everything is cut up and all I have to do is cooking it up for dinner :)
Stumbled across your channel and this was one of the best WW meal preps I have seen!! It’s rare to find videos that prep all three meals plus snacks. Thanks so much for sharing! Can’t wait to go watch all your other videos ❤️
Your meal prep videos are the highlight of my Sundays. Everything looks awesome, Jess. I think I'll copy your lunches this week as they look so easy and fresh.
I made the chicken salad yesterday, but I only had canned turkey breast. It was awesome! And instead of just plain FF yogurt, I used a dollop of the veggie dip we all make. I loved it. Thanks for the inspiration, Jess.
Peyton Love 👋 thank you! Yes, I pull all the scraps out of the bowl and put them in a gallon size bag and store in the freezer. I pull them out when I need some veggie broth!! Makes the best broth. I should mention that in my next meal prep video. Thanks again!!!
I don't do weight watchers, but I just try to eat healthier things as much as I can. But I really enjoyed your video. You gave me some great ideas for prepping my own work lunches. I really want to try making that veggie dip. And I love the idea of adding lots of diced veggies to chicken and egg salad. It looked so good!
My prep is simple. Bfast is always oatmeal. I cooked whole wheat noodles, mixed veggies, and I have canned tuna. But I like easy and simple lunches. Maybe it's to simple? Ty for inspiration and ideas.
Yum, I'll definitely have to try some if not all of these! I love how your food is simple, but has a lot of variety and flavor. I tend to cook a large batch and it's pretty bland. That's getting old and I need to start eating foods that won't leave me feeling deprived, thank you!
oh my gosh, I am so excited to see these videos. I was a subscriber when I was doing Keto but it wasn't the diet for me - I ended up with stomache problems all the time. Now I see your old posts from the WW days and will have to binge watch them all! Any chance of you going back to WW? LOL :) Love your vlog!
LOL!! Glad you are finding my older videos helpful - sorry they are not up to date with the newest programs, but I hope you can still get some insight and ideas from them. Even if I quit Keto, I wouldn't go back to WW. I don't want to pay for a plan again - I think I would go back to calorie counting and macro counting which is what I did before WW and had the same success only I was able to sustain it. I feel the best while on Keto through!
Hello, I love your videos, great meal prep ideas and recipes , both WW and KETO (my daughter-in-law follows KETO). I would like to know the brand of ceramic muffin pan you use in your videos. Thanks- Happy New Year!
can you do a video on all the things you cook in your Airfryer for WW? I am thinking about getting one and was blown away when I saw you put the sweet potatoes in there! I LOVE roasted sweet potato but hate how long it takes to roast them in the oven.
how can i get the recipe for the veggie dip, and the chicken and egg salad? What is the "mix" on the veggie dip? Sorry - i'm a little confused since I'm new - thanks so much! I just found you today and i'm so impressed - i want so badly to be successful and i think following you will help me a LOT!
Wow that inspired me so much I just subscribed everything looked so good and you are so organized right down to a garbage bowl ... what kind of air fryer do you have and do you use it often i am thinking about getting one
Sandy if you look at the links above for amazon, it shows what type of air fryer she uses. I just recently purchased one and have really enjoyed using it
I use my airfryer at least twice a week. This weekend, I think I used it 5 times!! I made the family pork chops in it and they turned out SOOOO good!!! It is my favorite kitchen tool!!!!
Thanks Jess for another great meal prep video. I've been seriously considering buying the glass pyrex containers you use. I find that my containers dont keep things "fresh" all week. By Thurs/Friday things are getting soggy. 😞
Last I looked they still had them at Costco. I think they were around $29 - I think it is definitely worth the investment. They have been through the dishwasher/microwave a ton and have held up amazingly!
Hey Jess how are you? Nice meal prep this week. I am struggling to stay on plan, I think some of it is my mind playing tricks on me that is it really worth it? Would love to chat sometime. 🦋🦋
I can't find the exact model I have (its really old!) I plan on updating soon and here is the one I plan on ordering - amzn.to/2JhMa7C I can only find the Lily's chips in one of my stores local to me. They cost about $7 per bag. I know others find them on Amazon. Check their website to see if there is a store locator and will tell you where to find the products. Yes, sugar free would be the same I believe!
Here's the recipe I found on Pinterest that I am going to base my salad on - iowagirleats.com/2017/02/17/steak-and-sweet-potato-bowls-with-avocado-cilantro-drizzle/

Do you find that when you cut up your cucumber and peppers that they aren’t soggy or limp buy the end of the week? Also the pepper tops fave a great deal of pepper attached to the stem. Seems like a waste. I cut around the stem.
Here's the recipe for sheet pan fajitas - www.cookingclassy.com/sheet-pan-chicken-fajitas/ and the zucchini poppers - www.onelovelylife.com/chicken-zucchini-poppers-gf-df/ The lime chicken marindate recipe is in the description box of this video.
