This is, hands down, one of the best updates yet. Thank you so much for the transparency and the open dialog about what is happening across the freight markets. This answers a lot of questions on why some things are the way they are right now. More of this please. Excellent video.

The most important part of the video to me was hearing about begging for insurance. A big eye opener. That’s why safety is so important. I only have 2 jobs as a driver. Be safe and be ontime. We all know about nuclear judgments that have been handed to other carriers. I consider that every day I drive my truck. Thanks to everyone for their support

Any estimate on when Ace2 classes will resume to become a trainer?

We have worked out being able to restart ACE 2 with some guidelines. There will be a max of 9 drivers in class due to CDC recommendation of no more than 10 people in a group. This would be 1 instructor and 9 drivers. There can be no extra people. Masks will have to be worn while walking around the facility. In the classroom, as long as sitting at your table, you can remove your mask as we have set up 6 ft of clearance between each person. The first class will be Saturday 05/30/2020 in Springfield MO. The plan will be to have class every Saturday. Springfield will start having Wednesday classes as well on 06/10/2020. Salt Lake City, UT will start ACE 2 on Tuesday, 06/09/2020. Pittston, PA has a tentative start date of Wednesday, 6/10/2020 Contact your Fleet Manager to sign up.

The testing and quarantine they set up that is a great idea, hold up in a hotel room with some amenities till you test negative and can get back to driving. Very good.

I thought this was a very informative and transparent video from each division and department. I do hope in the future as a suggestion that the Fuel and Services feature in the Prime App locations be exported to GPS units such as Rand McNally and Garmin. I do know that apps can be sideloaded in the Garmin Dezel as an .apk file...food for thought

Here is their response: "Unfortunately there are so many GPS systems and we cannot possibly format it for all of them. We have the information available in the NAVIGO on the QC unit and are looking to use a new navigation option in the mobile app. "

Hi guys hope everyone is well anyways i just wanted to say is how is it that i left in gd terms eligible for rehire i left prime cuz my wife was pregnant at the time n went to a company that goes n comes for the mean time make the app again this week n now ur telling u cant hire with letting explain why i left u just go ahead n just reject my app how unfair is that

To see the brokerage fall off the face of the earth in that graphic he showed because they shifted the freight to prime trucks instead. is a testament to how great prime tries to take care of there own first. No doubt they could get some rando truck to pull for less but they make sure there own drivers eat first.

What’s up with “upgrading”? You have a driver with a trainer who has asked about upgrading when he reached 50,000 miles and was told he was put “on the list”. At 70,000 miles this driver asks again about upgrading he was told he would be put “on the list again”. Seriously, you let this happen? Said driver has over 100,000 miles now, no incidents, no accidents and is driving his butt off and can’t get upgraded. I have seen this question throughout the weekly update videos, and NONE have been answered. Be leaders, be managers and do your jobs and answer these people’s questions about “upgrading”.

Prime Decatur Indiana the mechanics needs their laptop returned so the drivers can get their trucks worked on between loads. Otherwise I must shut my truck down to take it to the dealership which is more expensive and loss of Revenue at the same time.
