Hey Stephanie, enjoyed watching your video, but I always do, because you are my favorite. I really like your picture you hung behind your sofa, and the light plates are so pretty. I agree about the light bulbs, I like the old school ones too. I can't stand the LED bulbs, they are bright and cast shadows all over the place. Your exercising and eating healthier is paying off, and it shows. You are looking good... Take care and have a blessed week.

I am finally starting a health journey myself again after 6 years of being completely off track and gaining a ton of weight. Happy Mother’s Day sis. I just love what you are putting down I’m all about it. Cleaning,decorating,cooking, exercise, advice. Love the color of the wall with the picture so so pretty. The wall plates are all of that. So cute. I have to copy because I also have a country kitchen. I love the short curly hair it is growing. I think your natural hair looks beautiful! The lentils and sweet potato look really good. I'm going to pick up some lentils on my next grocery trip. The older I get, the more I like to eat what makes me feel good instead of just what tastes good in the moment.

I will have to disagree with my countenance being down at any point on here. My energy has always been the same. I didn’t even know I was under stress and neither did any of you until I said something in my video chat the other week. Plus, respectfully, you don’t know enough about me to say that my countenance was different. But everyone is entitled to their opinion😊

Omg Lentils are sooooooooooooo good and a healthy choice for blood pressure!!! Ppl who have incorporated them at least twice weekly lowered their blood pressure and some even removed from diabetic status!!! #ResearchisImperative

Hey Jackie!! I don’t have a playlist necessarily. I get my music from a paid subscription called Epidemic sound. They have like over 300,000 songs of different genres and so I just pick and choose and save what I want to play in my videos 😊
