On the topic of motivation: when you start or are in your journey, you are usually highly motivated/excited (like a new toy for a kid). But cause it’s a marathon (lifelong lifestyle), the key is being consistently. Cause motivation can leave and come or not come, but if you are consistent you will see results. You will feel better. My tips: I chase the rush while working out or the rush after working out. I chase the shower. The better sleep. The feeling of accomplishment.

I know the feeling gal! Last year I definitely pushed myself on days when I was being silly/lazy and if all you can do is the treadmill, that’s better than nothing! I miss that routine I used to have. I know that I could get back into it again.

Yes!! I get that motivation question all the time too and I know I train a lot, but I’m NEVER motivated before I start. The motivation-action-inspiration continuum is interesting to look at. We can start with action and motivation arrives later. Commitment is always more effective. Loving the videos as usual 🙌🏻

Eggs actually don’t go off on the date just an FYI it’s just a recommendation of when to use them by. Also fun fact leaving your eggs in the fridge over the pantry can help them last for at least 2 weeks over the expiry date. We never have that problem of them getting to the expiry date in our house though, as we love our eggs and 3 dozens are usually gone within a week or two haha!

She has acknowledged it a few vids back in the car I think. I don’t think she likes it being made a big deal of as it doesn’t define her being single! If that makes sense! She says she’s never had a relationship so there probably wouldn’t be much to say except do you make yourself happy live YOUR best life, once you’re in a relationship you need to consider someone else and someone else’s schedule so enjoy prioritising yourself and your dreams. Work on being the best version of you so when you meet someone they enhance your life they aren’t your sole source of happiness so you become dependent on the relationship to function 🧡🧡

It’s not about motivation at all. I have lots of sponsors but that doesn’t impact my “motivation” I still have no motivation. Also she was training as much as she is when she wasn’t sponsored by gymshark and worked in a cafe. It’s not motivation. Just everyone else looooves to believe it is.
