Welcome back! This week we took poppy back to university. It always makes me sad to say goodbye, but hopefully not too long until the Summer break. Sunday, we had a rest and visited Holly in the garden centre. I visited my Dad on Monday and it was very harrowing. It really upset me so I have decided not to visit alone anymore. I am going to go with Mark in the future. He is getting worse and it's getting so hard to witness. I spent a lot of time in the garden this week. It is good for the soul to be outside and with nature. I met Mum and Dad Wednesday at the garden centre which was lovely having them both back out again. I hope I have still managed to bring you a good weekly vlog even though my mind is elsewhere at the moment. Enjoy and see you next time.

Loved the plant therepy, "flowers " look beautiful. Sending much love cos I know how hard it is when a parent is ill and you feel helpless to relieve their pain. Lovely seeing your mum and step dad with you in the garden centre xx

Another great video Nicola, your Mum & Dad are looking well. So sorry that your bio Dad is getting worse it's difficult & your right how you grieve is personal to you, everyone grieves differently, I certainly did when I lost my Mum, Dad & brother they were all so young. Just be yourself & deal with the process the best way you know how to. Your garden is looking beautiful, I'm just moving into a bungalow so will need to start another garden after 20 yrs ! Needs must you know how it is xxx

That's exciting moving into a bungalow! Also daunting of how much you want to do, but just take your time. It is a difficult time for me at the moment but I think having all of you really helps me! 😊❤️

I always enjoy your weekend videos. With regard to you coping with what you are going through with your dad we all deal with things differently. The thing is you have other people around you that need you to be well and your own wellbeing is very important. You know yourself how you feel about your dad but you need to protect your mental and physical wellness. It is no one else’s business how you deal with this and how you manage to be at peace with it. You must look after yourself too. Your garden is looking beautiful and will no doubt lift your spirits. Always watch you to the end so you get a “flowers” from me. Have a great week Nicola 👍

Nice blog and nice to see you all love the soup and cake the pillow in between you legs l am sorry to hear about your neck you look good with out your make up .your plants look lovely you done a good job nick love your fairy garden . 🌺💐🌹yes, watched full video 😊 I appreciate the fibromyalgia bits, mine has been all over the place lately, with chronic migraine. Shoulder pain: I've had pain on and off for 4 years, had trigger point injection in it & my elbow last year, but I don't they they did much.

@@LordandLordettes I've never been to a chiropractor. My GP keeps referring me to Pain Clinic and physio, but they're not much good. He won't refer me back to rheumatology, which has really knocked my trust in GP healthcare.

@@julie_uk_ I asked my GP to refer me back to a rheumatologist but she said there is nothing he can do that I can't so it's pointless. Physio just give you a bunch of exercises to do then send you on your way! I will let you know how I get on in the weekly. 😉
