Excellent video lady Kia ! Even though I am not taking Wegovy, my Doctor prescribed me Phentermine - your suggestions are UNIVERSAL and are applicable to all who are making an effort to lose weight ! God's continued best to you and the fam always !
@@Greater_Expectations yes enjoyed your video, because I must do all of your suggestions in order to stay on track ! With Phentermine since November 2023 I'm back and forth between 18 and 19 pounds. Hope to get to 20 pounds down and beyond in 2024 !
You got this!! You are so incredibly close. Evaluate your diet and your water intake...if you can, try to move a little bit more and before you know it you will reach your goal! Just try to stay consistent... consistency really is key!
Thank you so much for your comment, I appreciate it! This medicine can be challenging and I just want everyone to be successful on their weight loss journey!
Hi there 👋🏽, I don’t think it’s a requirement but it would probably help you have a better experience with the medication overall. Wegovy doesn’t like greasy, high fat foods; if these are in your diet then you may experience some unpleasant gastrointestinal side effects or increased nausea from the medication. So I think it would be good to try to remove some unhealthy foods from your diet now. In regards to vitamins, my doctor recommended that I at least start my multivitamin around the same time as starting Wegovy. So yes I would suggest starting your regimen because you’ll definitely need your vitamins throughout your entire journey and they’ve been extremely beneficial to me. Thank you so much for your comment and congratulations on starting your journey 🎊
One video said something about chocolate no, I do the organic protein chocolate shakes do any subscribers or yourself have you ever tried that or maybe you’re not doing the shakes but just before I go and buy another case before I start taking this, just a question out there
I prefer Premiere Protein and the vanilla flavored Orgain. I would highly recommend protein shakes, there were times my energy was low, I had a very decreased appetite and the protein shakes helped sustain me. It’s a great meal replacement. I no longer drink a shake daily but I do keep protein powder on hand for sure.
I started week 8 today and the only problem I’ve been having is constipation. I know I’m not drinking enough water. It’s so hard now, and I used to drink one gallon a day!
Congrats on making it to week 8! I know it’s tough but keep trying to get more water in along with fiber. This was a challenge for me as well early on especially around the 1 mg dose but when you’re able to stay hydrated it helps counteract other negative side effects and it’ll help you maintain a good energy level as well! Certain teas like peppermint tea is known to provide hydration as well as aid in digestion so perhaps you can give peppermint tea a try as well, I’ve certainly benefited from it throughout my weight loss journey.
@lisalagirl4700 Yes research suggests that it can due to the appetite suppressant in the medication. It decreases your appetite and it can decrease your desire to drink fluids in general not just water. There are apps that notify you when it’s time to drink water or you can set timers in your phone if you determine this to be an issue.
No not at all. The 2.4 mg dose isn’t impacted by the shortage in my area and my prescription is now on auto refill and there hasn’t been any interruptions.
