Hi grovermatic, Yes and No. This is a Cessna 172N the XP is a 172SP but both use the same G1000. The 172N has several different panels to choose from including a larger PFD display option so it's easier to read. Thanks for watching hope you enjoy this new 172N :-) Blessings, skip
@@WEHVideos I'm sure I will! To be honest, I don't even know what the difference in the N and SP are, except that a brief Google search shows me that choosing between the two seems to be an issue of debate in pilot forums.
Hi, One difference is the 172N has a 160hp carburetted engine, the 172SP has a 180hp fuel injected engine so there is a small performance difference. Fuel injection has it's advantages :-) the carburetted engine requires Carb Heat for certain weather conditions.
