The Untamed is a real masterpiece. The iconic love story behind the world clashes for supernatural power domination has made made it into a classic film. XZ & WYB with their great portrayal gave life & meaning into the fascinating raw characters of Wei Wuxian & Lan Wangji. Who could ask for more?...they are a perfect match and I can not imagine any other actors playing their roles with as much intensity and passion as they did. Bravo! Salute to the entire cast & production staff !Thank you for giving us The Untamed.( Maybe a sequel to it can be done soon.)

You comments are good.I agree with everything you said.The censorship issue leaves a bad taste in the mouth, simply bcoz the story was based on a novel & I think it should be true to its form. Negative implications regarding gender issues has no role in the world of art.It manifested its ugly head in the 227 incident that affected XZ the most. Wow, just…wow! Watching this really brought back all the emotions I felt when I first watched this show. Your music selection and video editing couldn’t be more perfect! The scenes where Lan Wang Ji does his mid air spinning sword slice on the battlefield and where Wei Wu Xian shoots off those 5 arrows blindfolded at the archery competition gave me goosebumps! Whenever I find myself missing The Untamed, I will be sure to come back and rewatch your video!
Honestly I feel that in the film no one dared to challenge lan zhan before but only wei ying did. So that's what intrigued lan zhan it made him fall so deep for wei ying.. uncontrollably...

Watched this over and over - it is a beautiful video - my fav so far. These 2 actors are just amazing on and off screen - who the critics are to say dubious acting skills!!! They must not be watching the same dramas/films as me as everything I have watched with these 2 in them have been amazing. They have a naturalness to their acting and to see Yibo being funny in some is brilliant. They are the most talented guys on the Chinese screen but there are other very good actors too e.g Aloys Chen, Dolan wang, zang zehan and one of my absolute favourites Mark Chao who plays Yi Hua in eternal love. But Yichang has a very special place ❤❤❤❤❤

If it was just a film - the untamed- you could love it and move on, however, it’s the relationship behind the scenes that get to you and you know those true feelings are being felt on the actual film which makes it unforgettable!! I can’t see it ever happening again unless they appear together again in another drama!!!! Just love the music to this - brillisnt❤
