Count me in! I'm doing intermittent fasting and following a (mostly) plant-based diet. I need to get this weight off me so I can keep up with my future child. Plus, I'm tired of having to tuck my stomach in my pants. Lord, help me. lol

We have pretty much the same goal, i fluctuate between 180 and 177 and i wanna lose 30 pounds as a new year's resolution dont know if i will achieve it by february but anyway the most important part is to get started. Good Luck, you have my support.
I would love to join Operation Slim Thick. I am 5'5 CW:220 GW:150. I will be starting December 15, 2018. My reasons would be I also want to feel comfortable in my skin. I believe it would help with the depression and to take control of my health. I love what you are doing and would love to see a video of you shopping or a grocery haul afterwards. Your goals are very realistic and easy to follow. I would only add maybe a walk with your son and your dogs maybe a few times a week or finding a trail for Saturday morning?
Yesssss welcome to #OperationSlimThick!!!! I love your reasons, I feel the same way. And the inner SlimThick in me thinks your suggestion to go on a walk is a good idea. But the current me that’s breathing hard walking down the hall is like, “Sis, you know we ain’t about to walk no where.” Lol. But I’m hoping once I lose a couple pounds I’m hoping natural tasks (walking, taking the stairs) will become less strenuous. And I bought my son a bike for Christmas, so I probably will end up walking around the block at some point in time. I’m going grocery shopping tomorrow (Saturday) and will meal prep (allegedly) for next week. I’ll record it whether I’m successful or not #Transparency What are you planning for your diet to look like?
@@TephaneyStewart I would like to do the Keto low carb diet. No food after 7. Strict on the weekdays and during the weekend just wiser choices. In the morning Spinach smoothie with protein powder and almond milk. For lunch kale salad and for dinner a meat and vegetables.
Your smoothie sounds much healthier than mine! Which consists of nothing but fruit and apple juice! Lol. Okay, not I need to google better smoothie options.
🤦🏾♀️ I’m one of those people who will purposely not by the trigger food when I’m grocery shopping...& then get up in the middle of the night to go back to the store and get it because I can’t kick the crave! And it doesn’t help that some of my favorite snacks are also my son’s snacks 😂 Ps...welcome to the fam!

I think I love pasta and pizza too much to do keto. Someone told me there’s keto pizza...with cauliflower for the dough and it’s supposed to taste good. If you come across one and it’s decent, let me know.
