Finally a good video, you answered my question. I'm getting a bbl on march 31st. I weight 150lbs just had a baby 5months ago. So my focus has been to get back to my pre baby weight which is more like 138lbs 140lbs. My question is how soon after having my bbl on march 31st can I start to re focus on loosing the last ten lbs I have to loose. After 3 weeks ? Can I start with my low carb diet and Start working out slowly again. Or do I need to wait 2months after having my bbl. Thank you in advance for taking your time to answer my question.

Thank you Doctor this is very informative. I am in trouble now, so I got a question. I'm 1,56, my normal weight was 52kg and I love my self like that. Last year I had a liposuction and I gained 6kg but they only brought out 800ml of fat and I got olmost 300 ml in my both boobs. I wanted to make sure it stays so I gained another 2 kg. Right now I'm about 60 kg and I'm planing my bbl. The doctor says I should gain another 3-5kg. So if I'm 65 kg with a perfect butt how can I get back to normal. Can I spot train? And 10-15pound is that around 5-8kg. If I could lose 7kg I would already be satisfied.
