HEY NOW!!!!!! YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR Jon, we got ur back, u will not believe the amount of Metalheads, Punks and HXC KIDS love you here in Span. Be brave mate, we're with you :) It takes balls to make this video, take care we'll be right here ^^
I hardly ever leave comments, but I just gotta say - Dude, fucking good for you. Honestly. I can see in your eyes just how horrified you are to be making this video and you still uploaded it. The amount of courage and integrity it took to open up about something so intimate and personal took strength that very few people possess. Keep fighting the good fight, keep on working in yourself man. We got your back. Peace brother. ✌️
I'm sure you've heard this from your doctor and from everyone in your life but i'll say it again. surgery can help but it ultimately won't if you don't change your habits. my whole family is obese. my mom and my aunt did surgery and are obese again because they just kept eating. i know it's hard to break a habit like that but i'm sure you can do it. We're all cheering for you :)
Dude good for you losing enough weight for the surgery. You shouldn’t feel bad about posting about your journey and life, you should do more of it because it will inspire others. Tell it with All-Star playing in the background if that will make it less awkward for you. Love you and your videos. Keep up the great work.
Brother, just talk about anything you want. Fuck that "being humble" just for the sake of it, if you feel proud of something you are doing and archiving, scream it to the world, specially to this world of people who follows you. Hope everything has gone well, take care dude!
Hello Jon, I did not comment your previous videos, but I wanted you to know that your videos have been a real treat for me, including recent hospital times. And, as a musician too, I also appreciated the ingenuosity you deployed, and the diversity of content you provided. So, thank you for the good you provided me. I do not know you personnally, I know it may sound strange, but I also have a human appreciation for you, for this generosity you have for us, your public. I am genuinely happy for you that you start something that will make you feel better. You deserve it, for all the good you gave to people. And don't worry about the lack of videos : you do not owe us anything. Take your time and come back whenever you feel like it. I wish you all the best, pal. :)
Glad you're back. Im 145kg. Working seven days a week and now getting up at 4am three days a week to get my ass to the gym. Get your goals and get back these kick ass videos king. The allstars have your back.
Everyone is supporting you in this big desicion, talk about your feelings and your thoughts, whatever worries you.Don't underestimate sharing and opening up, even if it's a bunch of strangers who you will probably never meet. Keep fighting to achieve what is best for you , and be proud for it
A good thing to keep in mind for people who are trying to lose weight; it gets easier as you go. The hardest part is starting, but once you start losing weight you'll become more motivated to keep going as you track your progress, every pound lost feels like a gift.
Holy shit- Glad to hear from you bud, stay positive and I hope you’re doing well brother. Hope to hear from you more and good luck on your weight loss journey! We’re all here for you 👏🏽
Have never commented on your videos before Jonny, but they've brought me a lot of happiness over the years! But now it's your turn to be happy. Says a lot about your character to face your fears and to be undertaking something like this. WE'RE ALL STOKED FOR YOU. Can't wait to see your transformation. Way to take control of your life, Jonner. - A gut who hasn't yet taken control of his life
You’re genuinely a funny guy. You post some solid drum covers. And now, you’re saving your life. I’ve struggled with weight and have also been a drummer my whole life. You’ve inspired me, sir.
Jon just a reminder, if you don’t exercise after surgery you’ll get “loose skin” look it up, please try exercising too or you’ll need to do like 4 more surgeries to get rid of it
When you start lifting you can "refill" the loose skin with muscle mass, otherwise you'll have to get it removed. But with his size he'll have to remove a lot of skin anyways.
I wish you the best of luck man, I can only imagine that what you’re doing is pretty damn hard, but we’re all rooting for you! Stay safe, stay healthy, and most importantly I hope you stay happy!
It’s nice seeing you staying healthy and such. Haven’t watched in a while, but still think that you’re pretty neat. Keep up the good work and stay safe in these trying times.
I used to weigh 260,. Now I weigh 175! And now, I’m bulking and building muscle. Being consistent with your goals will get what you dreamed of. It takes time, effort, and dedication. Everything is possible, NEVER IMPOSSIBLE
I'm so proud for you Jon. I think it's amazing that you know alone in the comments how much everyone supports you. Good luck to your surgery and I wish you the best for your health brother
Hope the surgery goes well man! Just know that when someone gets vaccinated, they can still carry and transfer the virus. :) It may be best to wait until you also get the vaccine.
ZeoWorks so lol? My twin brother is a doctor (hospitalist to be exact). He’s treated tons of covid patients. Where did your girlfriend get this info? Do you have any data on the likelihood of transmission by a vaccinated person? I’m assuming if there is any evidence of it, it’s probably incredibly low. At some point you gotta hop off the paranoia train. Life has risk. If you are vaccinated, it’s time to get back to normal.
@@everydaybodybuilding2282 She's been treating covid patients non-stop also. They teach these kinds of things about vaccines in university. It's not a "research = evidence fact", it's just common practice. The vaccine allows your body to deal with the virus, but it doesn't prevent you from carrying the virus for a short period of time. You could still carry it in your system briefly and pass it onto someone else. That's why they continue to tell vaccinated patients to wear masks.etc.
@@ZeoWorks Asked my brother his take, he seems to think that's being overly paranoid and that the data doesn't really support that kind of behavior. My personal opinion now, at some point you become spongebob sitting around with your penny napkin and chip LOL. Also....being in med school you wouldn't have treated patients much yet. Not sure what you are talking about. Unless she's in residency...which is different. Skeptical of your claims to fact authority lol.
Ok, my eyes might have leaked a little bit here. Good for you for taking charge of your life. I hope the surgery went well and you succeed at meeting all your goals for 2021.
Good on you for doing what feels right for you AND having the courage to share it with people. These kinds of stories are life changers for a lot of people out there. Hope the recovery goes well!
You got this! Thank you for inspiring, I’m sure, so many. This is a great time for change! Own this year and can’t wait to see you succeed. You’re honesty and bravery are much admired !
I'm so happy with hearing that you are ok and OMG, I'm so proud of you. Your decision (to go for health) is the best news in this year for me. You are AWESOME!
Listen man, a lot of people really like what you do, and want to see you around for a long time, so good for you, man. Hope you and all those you love that surround you are doing great, and thanks for posting this...my guess it it will serve as an inspiration for anyone who struggles with something, regardless of what it is, to strive to work through it.
Good on you Jon! Took you plenty of courage to do this video, which shows that you have a heap of it! You will be doing great after the surgery! All the best from Australia mate!
