What I learnt from this video : -Eat on fixed times (three times a day) -eat slowly and chew properly -not necessarily grains in every meal , you should take one meal which is liquid and watery food like fruits . - drink lots of water but not after meals so that stomach get shrink - don’t eat very high calorie and processed food . - exercise that speed your heart rate and makes you sweating - rub your body with oil to boost metabolism - dont expect overnight miracles , be patient - if people around are having junk food then you also take it but just one or two bites to satisfy your taste buds - use your brain when making food choices.

वाह गुरूजी..बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद.ये मेरे लिए काफी उपयोगी विडियो है, मानो मेरे लिए ही आपने बनाया हो.गुरुजी मेरा वजन आपके बताए तरीकों से कम हो गया था लेकिनअब पिछले 3-4 महीनो से फिर बढने लगा है..अब समझ आया कि खाना तो मै उतना ही खा रही हू लेकिन exam के कारण पूरे दिन बैैठे रहती हूँ..और ये अभी 3 महीने और चलने वाला है..मेरा subject Maths है सो घूम घूम कर भी नही पढ सकती..मै कल से लौह भस्म वाला उपाय करने जा रही हूँ. उम्मीद है काम करेगा. मैने आवला एलोवेरा अदरक ली थी.परकम काम किया क्योकी पहले जितनी physical activity नही कर पाती हू़ँ. लेकिन रेगुलर योग और walk जरूर करती हूँ..लेकिन पसीना नही निकलता..पहले तो निकलता था. अब आप ऐसा powerful yoga बताओ कि कम समय मे अत्याधिक पसीना निकले और वजन कम हो🙏 आपको अति आभार..

गुरुजी मैने पिछले 3 महिने मे रोज सुभा उठकार गरम पाणी पिया और खानेमे ढाई रोटी खां राहा हूं और गाय का घी भी साथ मे रोज खां राहा हू । इससे मेरा वजन 3 kg कम हो गया है । लेकिन मेरा पेट अभिभी ठीक से साफ नाही होता । और कोनसी चीज पाचनेमे हलकी और कोनसी भारी होती है ? ये कैसे पाहाचाने ?

Actually...m same feeling like this..agar diet karti hu toh weakness ho jati hai ya starving boht zyada hone lagta hai..it's really helpful..really it's apki video boht hi zyada knowledgeable hota hai...jo jaan k lgta hai ki yaar hum kitta galt krte the n bas jis way m usi tarah se hum bhi jate hai..waise hi chalne lagte hai but..now thanku to you..gurujii itti helpfull hai

Only through kapalbhathi & anilom vilom I lost 6kg in 20 days, but I did 30 min continues kapal bhathi 15 min anilom vilom🙏🙏 i always feel happy, charged & motivated. Thank you so much Nityanandamji 🙏🙏🙏💖

I Nityanandam Shree Ji, I started drinking chaaz after lunch But I drink milk in the night with 10/15 drops of sweet almond oil....Is it ok to drink milk. I drink low-fat organic milk. I have also started doing oil pulling in the morning. I try to follow all of your regimes. With respect from NEw York.

bahot bahot dhanyawaad Guruji, maine bich bich me mukhwas, chuigum, biscuit khana bandh kar diya hai. mera stomach thoda bada hai to me gas vaali chije kam karne kai than liya hai, six change ko soonne ki ya dhyaan dene ki koshish karni hai. And hamesha upni sab paristhiti pe khus rahene ki koshish kar ni hai.

Guruji there is a body type called skinny fat. In which a person has a fat tummy and skinny limbs. A lot of people in India I have this body type including me. The problem is when this people start a diet which is recommended to a fat person they become more skinny from the limbs and still have a bit of tummy left. They start looking week also. Similarly when they follow a diet and exercise plan which is meant for a skinny person, they tend to gain weight at the tummy area alot and look fat. Please suggest a daily routine for these body types this will help lakhs of people. Although the message is quite long but I wanted you to understand the problem fully. Thank you

Vaidh ji, mujhe dono kidney m 2mm se 3mm ki 3 stone h Abhi. Ye samsya mujhe 10 saal se h, stone Banta aur peshab ke rashate Nikal bhi jata h Lekin pain bahut jyada hota h.
