What I learnt from this video : -Eat on fixed times (three times a day) -eat slowly and chew properly -not necessarily grains in every meal , you should take one meal which is liquid and watery food like fruits . - drink lots of water but not after meals so that stomach get shrink - don’t eat very high calorie and processed food . - exercise that speed your heart rate and makes you sweating - rub your body with oil to boost metabolism - dont expect overnight miracles , be patient - if people around are having junk food then you also take it but just one or two bites to satisfy your taste buds - use your brain when making food choices.

गुरुजी मैने पिछले 3 महिने मे रोज सुभा उठकार गरम पाणी पिया और खानेमे ढाई रोटी खां राहा हूं और गाय का घी भी साथ मे रोज खां राहा हू । इससे मेरा वजन 3 kg कम हो गया है । लेकिन मेरा पेट अभिभी ठीक से साफ नाही होता । और कोनसी चीज पाचनेमे हलकी और कोनसी भारी होती है ? ये कैसे पाहाचाने ?

Guruji there is a body type called skinny fat. In which a person has a fat tummy and skinny limbs. A lot of people in India I have this body type including me. The problem is when this people start a diet which is recommended to a fat person they become more skinny from the limbs and still have a bit of tummy left. They start looking week also. Similarly when they follow a diet and exercise plan which is meant for a skinny person, they tend to gain weight at the tummy area alot and look fat. Please suggest a daily routine for these body types this will help lakhs of people. Although the message is quite long but I wanted you to understand the problem fully. Thank you
