I do fine if I am losing but if I gain in a week I kind of feel like eating whatever . ( I don't eat bad ) but I think how did I gain ? I didn't eat bad that week . How do I keep going after a weight gain ? I keep going but I can't seem to lose like I was for 9 months or so . I have lost 42lbs since September 2023. It seemed easier when I was losing EVERY week lol . I need to focus on what I'm eating and walking more like in the beginning . I love your videos !!! You keep it real and I love it ❤

Thanks so much . I guess I keep try to the way I like to eat so for the. weigh does come off slower but its on my terms and keep living the lifestyle and its not a diet
