Ha talking to myself. I literally talk to myself all the time. I was at the store having a full out loud conversation about a box of pop tarts (guilty pleasure) when i noticed a man next to me and he was like i am just waiting to see what you decide😂. No pop tarts that day lol.

I joined Weight Watchers about 3 weeks ago. I lost 3 lbs so far. Thank you Dee for everything you do for me and all of us. I love following you on RU-vid and Facebook. I look forward to your weekly meetings about Weight Watchers and go over everything you are my Weight Watchers meeting. we do not have any Weight Watchers meetings to be able to go to in my area so thank you very much.

You are so right! We definitely NEED support from others on the journey! I do not talk nicely to myself! This week Sunday weigh in I only lost .2lbs. It was my birthday and the 4th. Anyone else I would have had all kinds of support for them, to myself I was super ugly. I only mean girl me,never others. New week, new opportunity to learn and I need to invest more time in RU-vid and the groups since I can’t do meetings.

So glad you decided to go back to meetings, I really enjoy them, and it holds you accountable!!! I do not beat myself , I start new the very next meal. Yea, don't feel bad , I had a 3 pound gain, I absolutely never gained 3 in 1 week!!! So, I need to be more aware, but I am so glad you are going to meetings, then you'll have ww friends, and I like the camaraderie!!!!!!

My family practitioner prescribed me Wegovy. I talked to my digestive health dr thru her nurse and she said absolutely not with my stomach issues. I did lose 4.2 lbs for the last 2 weeks. I have discipline myself. And sometimes thats hard. I already am well aware of fluctuations so I try not to get too high try not to get too low . But I am grateful for what I have lost. I think you'll do great once you start going back to your meetings

I am always guessing my amounts and sometimes I just eat. Then I have no idea what I ate. I know I need to measure and track. I just don’t take the time to do it. I’m not always good at taking care of myself wile I’m trying to take care of others. I also know this is backward. Thank you for sharing, and the encouragement.

I just wanted to say that after watching your live from the other day, I tried out the glp 1 plan. I didn't like the tracking part of it too well, but I took a suggestion from someone that said you could see your protein grams count at the end of the day so that's what I did. At first I kept switching back and forth but found in the end that the tracking just was not something I liked. I will probably do the switching back and forth just to see my protein count. WW gave me 60 grams as my target, but I got over 100 grams at the end of the day. Love watching your channel, Dee!

I have not weight in months. After your video last week. I weighed in. Didn’t like the number. But I’m okay with that. I’m starting with the information to move forward so I realize that I do pretty well during the day, but I’m really snacking a lot at night. I remember in WW meetings that they used to say summer was always the easiest time of the year for weight loss but it’s never been the easiest for me. Ice cream is my weakness and it is always the best in the summer.

One thing I would ask if you are eating enough at dinner . Make sure there is a healthy carb in there as well as protein and veg
