I’ve been on Semiglutide for about a year, I lost 10 lbs initially. I inject 0.4 ml once a week and generally feel sick a few days later. I did go up to 1.0 but felt too sick on that. I am a type1 diabetic and it does help my blood sugars. By the way I started smart hooping over 2 weeks ago, I love it. xxx

I might start a video journal too. Have you had any trolls? I’m sorry if so. I’m worried about that. I already feel like I’m learning new habits. Like not having to eat the entire meal, like you said. Is this what “normal” people experience?
