The Weihrauch HW77 is a full power underlever spring rifle, which comes resplendent with the match grade “Rekord” fully adjustable trigger system. The HW77 is well known for its ability to absorb recoil and this makes it a pleasure to shoot. It comes with a removable front sight and a micrometre rear sight. The stock is made from hardwood and is fully ambidextrous. There is, of course, a rubber butt pad and the usual checkering on the pistol grip and forearm. The HW77 is every bit as accurate as the HW97 and it is well worth a look.

Hi Pete, after watching loads of info about the HW77 online - finally its your great review of this gun that has convinced me to add this to my collection.

Had so many 77s including an Airmasters tune one with a walnut stock, last year I bought a new lone HW77K standard stock HW97s as well but prefer 77s maybe a bit of nostalgia there although I've got an Air Arms TX200HC as well, brilliant guns

i had this rifle in 1986 I took it apart and the spring shot out and damaged my knuckle. It was a real pain getting it back together.

I am trying to understand the difference between HW77 and HW57 and why Weihrauch made these two guns? that seem very much similar to me.

The 57 has a pop up breach and is a rubbish gun in comparison to the 77 ive had both my 77 is a mk1 from the early 80s and its s keeper my 57 was brand new from shop and i sold it a week later

@@liamgarrity2174 I've 57. Got it to plink during lockdown so fair to say it saw consistent use - never had issue with it or the pop up loading system. I use the gun for what, 3 years now? It just has bad rep based on "my cousin's mates wife's bud said...."

Please, i need little help ,i live in the tovn, but I have a yard for practising cca.20-30meaters, and i have a ranch where i can go all off . The most important thing is that air rifles are not crazy loud. i like WH 77 cos it's hawe normal sights and additional optics, so i wud goo wit here. But how loud is she conared to exe.rainge WH 57 and i want one gunn , cos if that i asked. Thanks in advance. Best regards from Croatia

Hi Peter, looking for a odd gun from early 80’s Under lever, tap loader, light coloured stock, wooden, fairly heavy, 0.22 cal bought s/h in sprting shop Pread Street, nr Paddington Station, not any info found on the seeaable parts anywhere, the shop didnt know either, this was 1985 , only had Iron sights fitted , my 1st Air rifle then, was good gun no problems with it ever, long lever under barrel, easy to cock, been trying to find similar set now but all so far sliding breech styled ? any ideas welcome any body ?

Hi Pete, please could you tell me - is it non silencer option because its a quiet rifle being a gas ram? I think thats what its called. Would really appretiate youre help Sir. : )

Hi, the 77k doesn’t come with a silencer.
