hey to those who are confused... the scrambled boiled egg with choco sauce is a kind of pudding in Japan... i'm not sure though... it is still a pudding... every country has an own definition of pudding
i genuinely don't know how to break it to you that as far as i know this isn't even pudding in Japan....???? if im wrong pls tell me what it's called bcos im genuinely curious
I know bread puddings, I know Christmas puddings. I know tapioca, rice, and chocolate puddings. I know stirred custards, baked custards, and custards that one wouldn’t think were custards but actually are custards. プリン or “purin” is what the Japanese call a creme caramel, or leche flan for any Spanish/Filipino speakers. It is a custard set in a mould with caramelized sugar in the bottom. As the custard is set and chilled, the moisture in the custard liquefies the caramel and makes a sauce when unmoulded and inverted onto a plate. An egg scrambled in the shell, boiled, and topped with chocolate sauce is not fucking pudding by any stretch of the imagination.

I didn't know this is what y'all called pudding and I was confused for a solid few minutes about how the hell they were gonna make pudding out of a boiled scrambled egg
First Last ikr i was really confused, and still am confused on why they called it "pudding".......ITS NOT EVEN RELATED TO PUDDING!!! Edit:oh my god, ive never gotten this many likes before, maybe about 1 or two yes but NEVER FREAKING 50! I swear i love you guys so much

Anabesse Loveli “It’s not a scrambled boiled egg” 👏👋BOI, THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT IT IS, JAPANESE EGG PUDDING IS JUST WHAT IT’S CALLED BUT APPARENTLY ALL JAPANESE EGG PUDDING IS, IS A BOILED. SCRAMBLED. EGG. FOH 👉🚪
I watched another video using this device. Basically, you spin the egg, then wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in boiling hot water to sit for 30 minutes off the burner. The finished egg is a custard consistency that you can top with sweet sauce and eat like a pudding.
i love how gentle they were throughout the video. of course, when the timer was turned on, they weren’t gentle, but i could tell they were being very careful at other times.
I survived on memes lmao if someone said that already I didn't mean to copy them.... I hadn't read any comments when I made that comment soOOOoOOOoOOoo y e a h
I was really trying to figure out how this was going to become pudding. But it turns out we just have really different understandings of the word "pudding"
pudding indeed carries different meanings around the world in britain you have yorkshire pudding a savory err dish made from egg milk and flour baked and served with roast beef also blood pudding which is basically congeled blood left to form into a solid block and served fryed with eggs bacon hash browns ect
Egg with chocolate? I know that the egg is an ingredient for pudding, but it also needs sugar, vanilla, milk, butter... I don´t think that eating egg and chocolate is a delicious idea.
This is definitely not Japanese pudding ;) "Pudding" is a reference to Gudetama (in this mechanism) being in the shape of a pudding, not what you're actually making using it.
but.. that's not egg pudding. that's just a boiled scrambled egg... egg / custard pudding usually mixes in sugar and milk too D: what is this blasphemy
Nightcored Motionless He made scrambled eggs by mixing it in the Shell then boiled it. mixing the egg whites with the yolk is scrambled eggs not flan ._.
all this bickering is _cracking_ me up. You guys are gonna leave me _scrambled_. You look a little _hard-boiled_, you should look on the _sunny-side up_ of things. i'm on an _egg roll_. _omelet_ you finish this.
