I actually do what he does right now cuz my pinky is pretty weak (I do sometimes use my pinky a little here and there but until it gets as strong as my 3 other fingers I'm not using it much)
@jeffxdd4351 I mostly use it for chords like C, D and A because if you play the E and A string while doing those chords it sounds off, I never really do it though when I'm playing something like down with the sickness or heavy rock/ metal
Tosin Abasi, and his thumb! Also who was that blind guy who played with guitar on his lap and played it more like a slude guitar? Without slide. Fingers only.
I was looking at Fusion T these days as it looks absolutely amazing and have very good specs, but sadly i got very dissapointed with those stock pickups, they sound so mushy :(.. i hope Squier Affinity tele HH will do better (still thinks Harley Benton is great bang for the buck)
You gotta practice with it to build dexterity and strength. I was the same way, trust me it will turn into your other fingers once your brain adjusts to it.
Lowkey used to think the same thing, but the whole point of using a pinky is to elongate your hand. Start using it bro! Also, try not to keep your thumb wrapped around the neck the whole time you play, it will lead to bad technique and will slow your progress a lot!
