@@TheMuldoonFellathe saudi’s invest a small part into the consortium that own chelsea. in a very basic sense what they’re doing is they’re buying players and saving a small fee as they’re essentially paying themselves. it’s shady & disingenuous towards the spirit of the sport however there isn’t much fifa will be able to do as the moves have already started to happen
