Hi Stubbzy you're explaining very effectively. When you say whole picture not things do you mean like as one thing affects other so need to see how frontarm affects lower half or viceversa? That's why for batting you've given me advice of reacting to ball rather things?
Unless you are already bowling 135 then there is likely no way to get to 140 if you are to far behind. It's just not how the human body works with genetic limitations.

Happy to hear mate! They do take some time but my goal is to one day have them regularly. And the front foot slipping means there’s an issue that needs to be addressed. Because even wet you should be ok at a lower intensity
