He’s only written one in RTD2 😂 I assume u mean under RTD which is still wrong. Steven Moffat is second to Chris Chibnall in how much hate he’s gotten. I was on Tumblr where they made moments that made him seem off color if harmless into the most bigoted man on the planet. Look, scrutinize his storytelling all you want but there’s been some legit muck racking and proto-cancel culture nonsense going down when it comes to who is basically a mega Doctor Who fan who got his dream job. I mean, Sherlock was sort of pants but it was a team effort with other writers.

I cant believe he's back! My god he ruined the series after RTD left and spiralled the series to a climactic almost axing of the entire program. I mean I he's not as bad a Chris Chibnal I must admit as he complete destroying the cannon of the Dr who forever. I mean I have seen the new series and well its very luke warm not the return I was expecting at all, the last episode Boom was just a snooze fest from stat to finish, there was nothing exciting about it at all. I am really hoping the series will get better and back to the 2005 reboot that was just amazing

Feelings hurt so easily!!🤣 Ya'll need to expose yourselves to more things in life. This episode sucked hard! Story is so discombobulated. Plot holes bigger than the ones on your socks. The dialogue is at times elementary. And did I mention the constant contradictions!? If I gotta spell it out for you word by word then we already know taste is the last thing you have just like common sense and critical thinking.

@@dazzrods Explain the plot holes and discombobulation? Like the other guy said, I think that's something wrong on your end if you can't understand the plot anymore then it used to. The contradictions aren't constant, but when they do happen, it's because it's a show that's been made for decades, of course it's going to contradict itself more than it used to. If you think the episode was the absolute worse thing you've seen, you need to expose yourself to more media and stop acting like a critic haha.

In my opinion, the realism with the effects makes it even more entertaining, yet since it isn't just like the cgi from 2004 and doesn't have that nostalgia value, people have no interest in it and think it's terrible.

Bringing him back was a massive mistake. He’s the reason why the ratings are so low these days. It started with Series 5. The ratings got lower and lower every series. The show went from getting 13 million viewers per episode to struggling to get 3 million

Where the hell are you getting your numbers? The first time Moffat’s era started to dip significantly in viewership was in season 9, through 10. Which was because of scheduling from the BBC. Jodie’s first season brought it back up for a bit and then as the weeks went on it dropped back down. Series 12 was the lowest yet. Until series 13 which was even lower. Average viewership numbers in millions Series 1: 7.95 Series 2: 7.71 Series 3: 7.55 Series 4: 8.05 Series 5: 7.73 Series 6: 7.52 Series 7: 7.44 Series 8: 7.26 Series 9: 6.03 (Doctor Who schedule change) Series 10: 5.46 (schedule still different) Series 11: 7.96 Series 12: 5.40 Series 13: 4.95
