I'll concur if Minnesota can be a North Coast state. That may sound odd, but if you can show me someone who would say that a Great Lakes ore freighter is more akin to a river barge than an ocean-going vessel, I'll show you a goddamn liar. Also, in 2020 the Port of Duluth and Superior handled more cargo, in tons, than, for example, the Ports of Charleston, Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland, and the Port of Two Harbors handled more tons of cargo than, for example, the Ports of Boston, Honolulu, and Galveston.
