Time to get spooky before the peak. And what better spooks to revel in than the ones in this gorgeous project? With Eddie Dear's dark enlightenment during Homewarming, it'll be especially interesting to see how things pan out... Right at the start, I'm getting the impression that Sally's latest play is going to end up being the King in Yellow. *Sally:* "Come now, Eddie; we've all unmasked, and now it's your turn!" *Eddie:* "Well, gee, uh, I dunno how to tell y'all, but... this?" _Eddie Dear gestures to his newfound indescribable visage._ "This ain't no mask!" *Poppy:* "No mask... NO MASK!" *Sally:* "...of course. I should have known. You just couldn't help peeking at my exotic imports, could you, Mister Dear?" ...I guess I wasn't TOO far off with the gothic literature. That damnable manuscript has brain-poisoned me already, and I've barely finished "The Mask" (I picked up that cursed tome for some nighttime reading). ...speaking of things that rhyme with mask, I reckon Poppy's going to need a big glass of a certain Andalucían sherry by the end of this record. And unlike a certain nobleman, I reckon Poppy would be able to distinguish it from more conventional sherries. Hell, she's probably used it to amp up the flavour of a hearty beef stew, while taking modest nips of the bottle when no-one's watching. ...it seems that Poppy achieved her own "enlightenment" for a moment. And in the process, was visited by something from outside... ...or worse, something from INSIDE...

Should the “musical monster” your basing that code on maybe be Frank and not Julie? Since the “Looky Loo” book looks kinda of like his shirt and he’s dressed as a singing vampire on that news page?

Do the directions of the eyes correspond to the colored buttons on the play phone? I don't think the solution would be that simple, but i don't know what else it could be.

Isn't the whole "Bricking someone up in a wall" More a [The Cask of Amontillado] thing? I get both it and Telltale heart are written by Poe, but the latter was about hallucinating a heartbeat brought about by greif and guilt over committing murder. there's less haunted by guilt in this then there is bricking someone up do to a perceived slight. Really, I'm just curious if this was an intentional In-Universe mistake by Marlo, or if the creators just conflate the Poe stories.

Something of note, the characters who get shoved off the show are the ones who might have something a bit… queer going on. It has been implied that Sally and Poppy have a thing going on and it is canon that Frank and Eddie are a couple.

Probably already mentioned but the looky loo almost reminds me of semaphore, but directional images would need to be in pairs, maybe top to bottom? Edit: or not, don't know what to make of the 2 on the bottom right with the dot dead center.
