Welcome to 3D-Coat: Part 1 (Interface) 

As a long time 3D-Coat user these videos are straight forward and informative for the new user. I answer a lot of questions at the 3D-Coat forums so I will encourage new users to view this great beginner series.

I agree with everyone here that this is the most concise and informative set of 3D Coat tutorials that I've ever seen (and I've seen a LOT.) I learned SO much from this series and I'll be re-watching, following along and later going back and referring to it often. Thank you SO much for putting the time into this tutorial set. It's just superb.

VERY concise and very pleasant voice and understandable language.

Unfortunately you cannot put panels on second screen and the only workaround is to stretch 3d coat window to your second monitor. There is no multi monitors support in 3d coat to this day.

I downloaded these vids with a cup of tea and a biscuit and watched them back to back like...Netflix. Superb tutorials. I re-install Zbrush every 3 months convinced I am gonna crack the code and suddenly understand it. My initial enthusiasm always ends in despair and me sobbing in a corner. With the new 3D-coat 2021 soon to be released I thought I would give this software a try and to my surprise (with the solid help of these vids) I feel enthusiastic once more. Now my next big question is do I use 3D-coat for texturing or Substance Painter? I could be wrong but I feel SP is better.

How to select objects? I like my model above XY plane, I have no clue how to move it upwards.

when i upload a normal map , nothing happens and it not seem. where i have been mistaken?

Screw Sub Painter 3D Coat is so much faster.

This seems so far on par with zbrush (to an extent), now if only industries would accept this and modo.
