me and my children went to Brixham last year, went into 2 restaurants and was told sorry no children, my children were 10 and 12, such an unfriendly place towards kids, won't be going back to soon I'm afraid
Maybe your children were misbehaving, ever thought about that. I have a nephew who is four years old and they come on holiday here every year, we go to the market house, we go to Rockfish and various other restaurants around Brixham and we've never been turned away because there is a child in the group. So your accusations are completely untrue. Brixham is very friendly indeed.
I'll be interested to know which restaurants if you can remember. Personally, I would be annoyed if I was with my family and we were turned away because of a youngster who is extremely well behaved. But like I said, Brixham is very friendly, you would have found another restaurant to eat at quite easily if you'd looked around a bit more. I would recommend Rockfish to any family with children. In fact, the young children are given a children's pack to keep them busy in the restaurant completely free of charge.
