@@juninhofreekick4912 good morning sir, the bore hole drilling is in progress at the moment sir and as for the roads, they use concrete method not coal tar, some has been constructed and work is still ongoing sir.
@@realtortonia Thanks for your speedy reply. How long will the borehole take? There is no overhead tank to indicate seriousness there. It has been ongoing for years now. Pls contact the management and show them this message. Their website too is not up to date. I referred some friends there but they were not impressed. It’s on a good location but the management should show seriousness. We are not investing anywhere else except Igboland but we want value for money. Daalu.
If this estate needs urgent mass movement from buyers they should move up tempo of work here especially water and roads because any body planning to start work here will first think of water and roads availability first
The duration and cost varies from state to state but its faster in the east than in the Lagos, and from my enquiries, it will cost about one million naira for 750sqm and a bit more for 1000sqm.
I notice you acknowledge viewer who praise you or toe your line, that is not path to follow if you want your vlog to grow. If your habit is deleting comment of viewer whose comment doesn't toe your line then you better find something else to do because such attitude don't attract's viewers or subscribers. I made a comment you deleted in which I suggested the developer of Heliu estate to plant trees to beautify the place and to protect the residents from the exhaust fume emanating from passing vehicle plying the highway. It box my mind how on earth one would see such helpful suggestion and delete it. Vlogging is challenging, it is not free money platform , you need to work hard to convince viewers that you deserve their subscription.

Once again, Coal city takes 1st, while Asaba takes second. Awka is still struggling to find an identity as old Awka refuses to let go of its old ways and still tries to hold back New Awka from blooming. Now Owerri has been degraded by the past 3 governors. But the grand prize for bottom dwellers goes to Abia state and Umuahia., with Aba making the state look even worse.
